About the Role

This site-based opportunity involves coordinating handovers and deliveries of new home settlements, ensuring seamless transitions into the community.

\

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers from contract exchange to settlement and warranty periods.\
  • Drive positive relationships with external stakeholders, including builders and commercial partners.\
  • Conduct quality control inspections on completed homes.\
  • Manage pre-settlement inspections, settlements, and post-settlement maintenance procedures.\
  • Assist residents with questions and requests related to their new home purchase.\
  • Track outstanding maintenance items and ensure resident communication.\
  • Negotiate and resolve disputes professionally.\
  • Perform administrative duties as required.\
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times, representing our brand.\
