Job Description:

The Digital Key Account Manager role combines strategic engagement, initiative execution, and account management to accelerate growth across the Pacific. This position drives the rollout of digital initiatives, leads joint business planning, and enables partner capabilities.

  • Translate global strategies into actionable plans for the region.
  • Serve as lead point of contact for selected digital wholesale accounts and manage commercial performance.
  • Lead the rollout of tested digital initiatives ensuring local adaptation and scalability.

This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce operations, financial metrics, and digital consumer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, eCommerce, or Digital Partner Management.
  • Proven experience managing wholesale accounts and delivering commercial growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, influencing, and networking skills, as well as analytical and methodological skills.
