Job Overview:
Person-Centred Behaviour SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Person-Centred Behaviour Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality behaviour support services to our clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent clinical assessment and case formulation skills, with the ability to develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans that promote positive outcomes and enhance quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify functional behaviours and support needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based behaviour support plans
- Provide specialist behaviour support interventions and strategies
- Maintain detailed clinical records and contribute to continuous improvement of behaviour support services
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work or related allied health discipline
- Demonstrated or emerging experience in behaviour support services
- Thorough understanding of positive behaviour support principles
- Strong clinical assessment and case formulation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
