Business Development Professional

This role involves full sales cycle ownership from lead to close with enterprise business customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals, identifying and understanding customer strategy, capability, and skills requirements, educating customers on Pluralsight value throughout the adoption cycle, and developing and setting sales strategy aligned with company goals for growth within existing businesses and new opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by leveraging solution-selling expertise, managing a pipeline of six-figure deals in large accounts, and negotiating and closing skills with stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Own your business by increasing sales, developing leads, and closing opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter individuals with effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation, who believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback are preferred.
