
Drive Business Growth as an Enterprise Solutions Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Strategist to lead the commercial success of our mining solutions with dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dealers and customers to understand business values and priorities to inform solution roadmap.
- Define and implement business service flows between cross-functional teams within our organization, including process owners and analysts to understand associated costs with ordering, implementing and supporting solutions for overall profitability.
- Work cooperatively with dealers, product management, and ecosystem partners to assess solution success and future business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in product management or related field.
- Previous experience managing a portfolio of software products or multiple SaaS solutions.
- Experience identifying and working with ecosystem partners, including Go To Market strategy and execution.
- Previous experience with asset health technologies and services for mining or similar industry is a plus.
- Experience with managing a team and mentoring staff is a plus.
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
- Proactive problem solver, strong ability to map analysis to business priorities.
- Exposure to maintenance department processes and practices, including maintenance planning, resource allocation, integration with operations and setting KPIs is a plus.
- Exposure to asset health remote conditions monitoring and analytics service providers is a plus.
