Project Management Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in project coordination, contracts administration, or a similar role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations, as well as coordinating materials, resources, and deliveries. They will also oversee accounts, including invoicing, purchase orders, and payables/receivables.

A key part of this role is maintaining compliance records and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. The successful applicant will also be responsible for researching new technologies and identifying process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a commercial mindset. They will also be proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
