Lead Learning Experience

We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead our learning team in designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability programs.

About the Role

The Learning Lead will be responsible for creating world-class learning experiences that empower people and drive organisational success. This role involves leading a team of professionals in developing and implementing learning solutions that inspire growth, enhance engagement, and shape the future of early learning.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver impactful leadership and capability programs that meet business needs
  • Lead a team of learning professionals to create innovative and engaging learning solutions
  • BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DRIVE ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCE
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large, complex organisation
  • Deep knowledge of the full learning cycle, adult learning theories, instructional design, and supporting technologies
  • Ability to think strategically while effectively managing operational demands
  • Strong skills in consultation, negotiation, and influencing at all levels
