World Class Customer Service Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating world-class customer service experiences in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
- Provide technical product education and share knowledge of our community and culture.
- Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences by conducting accurate and timely transactions.
- Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
