About the Role

This exciting opportunity seeks an experienced Product Design Lead to join a world-class Digital Products team. Reporting to the Director of Design, you will be responsible for leading design efforts and crafting exceptional user experiences.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our design culture and ensuring that user needs are at the core of our innovation. You will lead and inspire a talented team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Design for Scale - Create intuitive experiences for products that handle large datasets or complex data models, ensuring clarity and usability.
  • Ai-Enhanced Design - Explore and integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing and new products to augment functionality and uplift user experience.
  • Design Leadership - Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
  • User-Centered Design - Drive the creation of user-centered design solutions by conducting user research, creating user personas, and defining user journeys.
What We're Looking For

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Lead with a proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, Communication Design, or other related discipline.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, creative problem-solving skills, and conceptual thinking.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior or Lead Product Design practitioner with a background in user experience design, interaction design or similar.
