Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team and own the performance of a unique digital lending product, offering consumers both an interest-free credit card and a separate line of credit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing teams, fostering an engaged culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute business and operational strategies aligned with long-term growth objectives.
  • Drive product enhancements and identify market opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
  • Establish data-driven reporting frameworks to empower decision-making and support financial performance.
  • Optimise resource allocation to maximise profitability.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire, driving performance and fostering engagement.
  • Commitment to leadership, innovation, and driving change across teams and systems.
  • Experience designing digital-first customer journeys that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • At least 5 years' experience within the lending or receivables management industries.
  • Lateral thinking and superior problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of the credit lifecycle.
