About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and commercially astute professional to lead the growth of our major accounts within the aged care and retirement living sector. This national role focuses on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships, negotiating high-value agreements, and developing strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of major national accounts across aged care and retirement living.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business expansion.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex commercial deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and new business opportunities.
