Connect APAC are partnering with a global multinational organisation, who pride themselves on high quality products, representing category leading brands across multiple channels.
This role will report directly into the Head of Sales and you will manage Alternate Channels - this includes Online (Amazon), Pharmacy, Distributors and more.
Ideally you are an established Key Account Manager or a National Account Manager looking for a role in a global, yet growing company.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and control the sales and marketing business strategies and activities of Alternate Channels.
- Drive incremental sales with branded products, throughout desired Channels to achieve agreed sales targets as set out in the Budget Plan.
- Develop a Alternate Channels Strategy for the launch of new lines.
- Achieve NSV and GM budget targets for the financial year across all sales channels.
- Manage trade spend.
- Management of National and State based Alternate Channels customers.
- Develop & implement promotional strategies across channel.
- Negotiate all trading terms for National and State based accounts.
- Monitor market and advise management of changes in competition, product availability or related matters.
- Managing and attending category review presentations for all relevant channels.
Experience Required
- Proven experience within FMCG or Consumer Goods
- Experience at KAM or NAM level
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate company/brand goals into a commercial plan.
- Proven negotiation, interpersonal and relationship management
- Strong analytical and financial skills
