Job Description

The Suburban Connect consortium has been selected by the Victorian Government to deliver a major tunnelling package on the Suburban Rail Loop East project.

This 16-kilometre section includes construction of twin tunnels between Cheltenham and Glen Waverley, safety cross passages, station boxes at Clayton and Monash, and portal construction at the stabling facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relevant training materials for the scope and risk profile
  • Deliver training in various locations, including primary project induction
  • Perform ongoing assurance activities of the training program
  • Maintain training records and review processes for efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate IV in WHS
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks
  • Ability to develop and deliver training packages
  • Experience in presenting to groups
  • Understanding of legislation interpretation
