We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners, a global alternatives manager with a strong presence in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business' growth initiatives in Australia, developing strategic account plans for existing clients, and building relationships with prospects through regular communication.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and wealth clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through solution sales
- Collaborate with the global team to share best practices and drive business success
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years' experience in funds management distribution, preferably with a similar role in institutional or wealth client base
- Outstanding relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to defend and retain existing assets under management (AUM) while driving new business growth
- Technical acumen, particularly across credit
