About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our Procurement and Support team at Pepperstone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our end-users across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end-users via various channels, including Slack, phone, email, and incident management tool.
  • Assist with prioritizing, scheduling, and escalating incidents to appropriate channels.
  • Utilize strong understanding of Microsoft and Google EUC related technologies to build and support a complex and distributed EUC environment.
  • Build and update desktop standard operating environments, including software and application change and release management.
  • Document and educate end-users to resolve incidents at first contact and reduce recurring calls.
  • Monitor EUC device performance and provide recommendations to ensure effectiveness of SOE and hardware.
  • Perform occasional out-of-office hours maintenance visits to assess technical issues or implement new solutions.
  • Visit other Pepperstone office locations to assist with EUC support.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications/experience in Windows desktop environments.
  • Certifications/experience in Google desktop environments.
  • Experience in EUC administration and support role.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune) administration.
  • Experience with operating system deployment-related issues.
  • Knowledge of decommissioning and disposal of IT assets.
  • Basic knowledge of networking.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge of Mac operating system.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating system.
