Internal Communications Role

This role is responsible for executing communication plans that align with the organisation's business strategy.

The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated and fast-paced internal communications team.

Key responsibilities include delivering content across multiple internal channels, including the intranet, staff updates, resident publications and platforms, staff events, virtual events and other opportunities to enhance engagement within the team.

The role advises and partners with divisions to bring to life the ways they are delivering on the organisation's future strategy and vision.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A passionate and driven communication professional who can develop and implement a strategic and innovative internal communications strategy.
  • A self-starter with a passion for engaging employees through effective communications.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic internal corporate communications using various channels.
  • An ability to draw upon experience in change management communication, cultural awareness, strategic thinking and providing a consistent message that supports organisational change.
