Innovative Internal Change Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our internal communication and change strategies.
The successful candidate will join our Melbourne-based team to develop and implement innovative plans that support our organisational impact.
This role ensures employees are well-informed, engaged, motivated, and aligned with our strategic goals and change objectives through compelling communications.
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of internal communication plans tailored to building engagement with organisational strategy and delivering change objectives
- Partner closely with senior leaders to gather insights and radiate strategic information to appropriate audiences
- Develop multi-year roadmaps of strategic activities to ensure alignment with external communications
- Create communication strategies ensuring clarity and engagement in messaging for global audiences
- Review organisational performance and results to draw key insights for message development
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of internal communication efforts
This specialist requires:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or similar, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering internal change communications in complex organisations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
