Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Rehabilitation Consultant. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessment and case management services across various portfolios, including Workers Compensation, CTP, DVA, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ongoing registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with AHPRA, or Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership and SIRA modules.
  • A minimum of 2+ years experience in occupational rehabilitation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Previous clinical and/or DVA experience is highly regarded.
  • A current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Honesty, integrity, and a positive approach are essential characteristics for this role.
