Area Manager - Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves leading a successful team in Parramatta, working closely with regional and state managers. Key responsibilities include people management, supporting consultants to provide high-quality services, and growing services across Western Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about people management and relationship building, with experience in occupational rehabilitation and management. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, PHYSIOTHERAPIST, EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST, REHABILITATION COUNSELLOR or PSYCHOLOGIST (with full relevant professional membership)
  • Mandatory: minimum 3-4 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Passionate about people management and relationship building
  • Management, business development, quality assurance and/or customer relationship management experience (essential)
