At Berry Street, we provide a range of therapeutic services for children and young people who have suffered trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment. We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead the implementation of our Teaching Family Model (TFM) across residential care homes in Victoria.
- Develop and implement practice guidelines and standards for clinical staff
- Mentor and coach clinicians to ensure high-quality therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with Take Two therapists to provide expert secondary consultation and guidance on mental health and therapeutic needs
- Design and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and service delivery
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in managing program administration, including clinical measures, data collection, and quality assurance
- Strong consultation skills, with the ability to provide expert guidance on mental health and therapeutic needs
- Ability to deliver high-quality clinical expertise in assessments and interventions for children, young people, and families
- Leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, team building, and performance management
