About Us
We provide therapeutic services for vulnerable infants, children and young people who have suffered trauma, neglect and disrupted attachment.
We are involved in partnerships to provide care, support and protection for these children.
The Opportunity:
We have implemented an evidence-based holistic approach to supporting young people in out-of-home care with a focus on teaching age-appropriate social skills, problem-solving and self-determination in a family-style group setting.
Our staff are trained in proactive prevention and de-escalation approaches to crisis situations.
Therapeutic Specialists work closely with the young people and Residential Care team focusing on facilitating reflective practice and building team members' knowledge of therapeutic parenting strategies.
- Flexible location, can work from any office in the state.
- Full-time, permanent role.

- Will be expected to travel regularly to other service delivery sites.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Clinical Senior Manager holds specific responsibility within their area for practice development which includes; contract monitoring; strategic management; performance; clinical governance; monitoring and improvement of our clinical services; evidence-based practice; stakeholder feedback; staff and student recruitment, management and development of clinical staff; client information management and for the management of risk and safety in clinical practice and work environments.
**Requirements**:
We require someone with:
- Experience managing program administration, including clinical measures, data collection, and quality assurance.
- Solid consultation skills, this role will provide expert secondary consultation and guidance on mental health and therapeutic needs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical expertise in assessments and interventions for children, young people, and families, aligned with service outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, team building, and performance management, aligned with our supervision model.
- In-depth understanding of Residential Care settings and relevant guidelines.
- Bachelor level qualification in Health or Welfare relevant fields.
- Postgraduate qualification in Health or Welfare relevant fields.
