Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to oversee our Therapeutic Residential Care program.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of a team of clinicians.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care provided to young people.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of trauma's impact on mental health, attachment, and development.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical assessments and interventions for children, young people, and families.
- Capable of supervising clinical work, supporting staff development, and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, team building, and performance management.
