We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with their nursing skills and provide exceptional care to the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to create and deliver care plans that promote positive health outcomes.
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care within your role.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate care, while mentoring and supporting newer team members.
- Foster a work environment that reflects the values of collaboration, respect, and empowerment.
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
