Nursing Care Professional

At our healthcare organization, we are seeking a dedicated Nursing Care Professional to provide person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an individual who can deliver best practice evidence-based nursing care.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care.
  • This role requires effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means.
  • The Nursing Care Professional will apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care.
  • Supervising, delegating, and negotiating with others to deliver quality nursing care is also an essential part of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in the context of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective clinical communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills is also required.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability is essential.
