We are seeking a qualified Nurse Specialist to join our team in Bega.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centered nursing care to patients in the Mental Health Inpatient Unit. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Demonstrating effective communication skills through written and verbal means, as well as interpersonal skills that promote positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
