Product Strategist

As a key member of our Content team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our content library and ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse user base.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and improve our content library, including partnerships with designers, creators, and content acquisition companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance the content experience and drive engagement on our platform.
  • Lead a team of product managers working on content-related initiatives and develop their skills and expertise.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver against ambitious goals and metrics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and user behavior to inform content strategy decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on content and user experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive user engagement and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of product managers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform content strategy decisions.
