Editorial Lead Position

We are seeking a talented Editorial Lead to drive the editorial vision and audience growth of our magazine.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Content Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives readership and engagement, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead Editorial Team: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement among the editorial team.
  • Partner for Commercial Success: Collaborate with partners to identify and develop innovative advertorial concepts and sponsored content opportunities.
  • Content Calendar Management: Curate, develop, and maintain the content calendar, leveraging data, SEO, and customer feedback to optimize content performance.
About You:
  • You have extensive experience in magazine and/or digital media, with a proven track record in an editorial leadership role.
  • You have strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience managing and inspiring cross-functional creative teams.
  • You have demonstrated history in creating, editing, or commissioning high-quality omnichannel journalism and lifestyle content.
