Job Title: Loyalty Program Manager

Description

The Loyalty Program Manager is a dynamic role at the heart of our loyalty program, driving strategy and innovation to enhance member engagement and retention.

  • Create value for members through innovative loyalty strategies that are commercially sustainable.
  • Oversee the evolution of our loyalty app, enhancing usability, features, and engagement while ensuring seamless integration with our digital ecosystem.
  • Build and manage external partnerships that deliver meaningful value to members and strengthen our brand.
  • Develop compelling loyalty campaigns and content that excite and engage our members.
  • Mentor and support a team, fostering collaboration, growth, and results.
  • Design personalised initiatives, surprise & delight moments, and member-first strategies that increase participation and satisfaction.
  • Analyse data and insights to optimise loyalty performance, track KPIs, and deliver reporting to senior leadership.

This role requires 8+ years' experience managing loyalty programs end-to-end, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, and a proven strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
