As a purpose-driven company, we connect thousands of people with disability and older Australians to independent support workers of their choosing, on terms that suit them.With more than 25 million hours of support facilitated since 2014, we have been recognized on the AFR's Top 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 50, and previously awarded Australian Growth & Technology Growth Company of the Year.Joining Mable means working in a high-productivity, dynamic environment, leading to meaningful change in Australia's care and support sectors.To find out more, visit the roleDue to rapid growth, Mable is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty and Retention to design, lead, and optimize our customer loyalty and retention strategy.Reporting to the Head of CRM, this senior role will lead loyalty initiatives, shaping and executing end-to-end strategies across marketing, development, and roadmap initiatives.You will drive customer growth through effective nurture and retention programs that deepen engagement and deliver measurable impact.Key responsibilities include:Design and deliver a data-driven loyalty strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.Lead the launch and ongoing evolution of Mable's loyalty offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.Utilize insights from customer behavior and program performance to optimize strategies, boost engagement, and improve ROI.Partner with marketing, product, operations, and analytics teams to embed loyalty initiatives across all customer touchpoints.Drive innovation through personalization and automation to create tailored customer experiences.Oversee loyalty partnerships and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration.Develop initiatives to increase engagement, repeat bookings, and brand affinity.Manage cross-channel marketing automation, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App messaging.Stay updated on martech trends and loyalty best practices to maintain industry leadership.About you8+ years experience in loyalty, CRM, or retention marketing with proven impact delivery.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation (Braze experience preferred).
