The salary for this position is estimated to be around $150,000-$180,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
- Job Description:
- Provide strategic legal advice on employment and workplace matters
- Assist in developing policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements
- Monitor and identify emerging employment and workplace issues
- Work closely with the People & Culture team on managing and resolving workplace complaints and investigations
- Assist the legal team on broader commercial contracts as required
- Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 8+ years of PQE
- Previous employment law experience from a renowned law firm or in-house organisation
- Exposure across Asia Pacific (desired but not essential)
- Proven experience in advising on employment-related areas
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritise multiple matters and stakeholders
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
