Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Engage with clients, insurance companies, and repairers to facilitate smooth claim processing.
- Accurately assess files to ensure each claim is recoverable, and make key decisions to set up claims for success.
- Gather and interpret relevant information and documentation to support claim processing.
- Manage timelines and ensure all documentation is completed, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and supporting stakeholders via phone and email.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in motor claims is essential, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
- A relevant degree in Economics, Finance, or Commerce is desirable, demonstrating a solid foundation in business and finance.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, insurance companies, and repairers.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an investigative mind, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
