  • Adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or client service role.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with veterinary practice management software (ezyVet preferred).
