The Front Desk Administration/Client Service Officer role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming clients, answering queries, and efficiently managing appointments.
- Handling incoming calls, screening, directing calls, and taking messages according to agreed protocols.
- Maintaining effective communication with veterinary staff and clients.
- Processing invoicing, payment follow-ups, and insurance documentation.
- Managing accurate client records and data entry into ezyVet software.
- Collaborating with the Client Services Team to enhance front-of-house operations and assist in training new team members.
- Adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or client service role.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with veterinary practice management software (ezyVet preferred).
