We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Marketplace Product Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our product development group, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our freight marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features that meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and gather feedback to inform product decisions
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across web and mobile platforms
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Communicate product plans, updates, and results clearly to stakeholders and executives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in marketplaces, logistics, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of product development, user experience, and agile frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical proficiency or familiarity with APIs, data platforms, or marketplace infrastructure

  • Background in freight, logistics, or transport industry
  • Experience with UX or product design
