Job Title

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our freight marketplace platform.

About Us

Innovative company is looking for a skilled Product Manager to join their team and take on the challenge of building a cutting-edge freight marketplace platform.

Your Role

  • You will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and working cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that solve real customer problems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • E nsure a seamless, user-friendly experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Communicate product plans, updates, and results clearly to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, logistics, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of product development, user experience, and agile frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • S elf-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • T echnical proficiency or familiarity with APIs, data platforms, or marketplace infrastructure.

Nice to Have

  • Background in freight, logistics, or transport industry.
  • Experience with UX or product design.
