**Our rooftop urban farm**:
Our rooftop urban farm is located on the highest level of TotalFusion Platinum (TFP), which stands as Australia's largest health, wellness and fitness precinct. Encompassing nearly 2000sqm, our farm is home to approximately 40 crop variations, chickens to help with natural fertilisation, a bee colony for pollination, and a worm farm and composting for food scraps.

This provides fresh produce which is hand picked and harvested by our Evra chefs every morning to bring our guests only the freshest, organic Australian ingredients into every dish and beverage.

The 'Evra fresh' experience means allowing nature to guide where our menu takes us.

**Your impact**:
As our Organic Marketplace Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our organic product selection, Café & Marketplace operations, and customer service.

With a strong focus on wellness and customer service excellence, you will curate a diverse range of organic products that align with our brand values and meet the needs of our health-conscious guests. Your expertise in organic products and commitment to customer satisfaction will drive the success of our Café & Marketplace.
- **Product Selection and Procurement**:

- Curate a comprehensive selection of organic products, including groceries, produce, supplements, beverages, and household items, in line with market trends and customer preferences.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and product rotation to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for customers and staff.
- **Wellness Advocacy**:

- Collaborate with local health professionals, influencers, and organisations to elevate awareness of our marketplace as a destination for wellness-oriented consumers.

**You**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Café/Retail management, preferably in a natural foods or organic marketplace setting.
- Strong knowledge of organic products, certifications (e.g., USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified), and industry trends.
- Passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting healthy living through organic products and sustainable practices.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers and staff.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
