Enterprise Client Onboarding Manager

Job OverviewAs a Customer Implementation Specialist, you'll be instrumental in onboarding new and existing clients to our platform, overseeing technical integration, and providing customer process improvements.
- Owning and managing the entire implementation cycle from contract-to-live for large Freight Forwarders.
- Functioning as the primary contact for onboarding schedules, deliverables, and risk management.
- Creating and managing scalable implementation project plans for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in implementation and/or project management within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound business acumen and decision-making abilities.
