The Ecommerce Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of online orders. This role reports to the Experience and Ecommerce Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and business support of ecommerce sales, managing inventory efficiently, and streamlining operations for improved performance.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all online enquiries are either answered appropriately or directed to relevant departments.
- Assist in resolving all internal and external, online and customer queries promptly.
- Source products for unfulfilled orders where fulfillment store could not supply.
- Pick and pack orders in a fast, efficient, accurate and safe manner.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of ecommerce and online transactions processed through electronic payment gateway.
- Obtain prompt payments from customers for any failed transactions.
- Plan and coordinate movement of inventory between stores and main warehouse where necessary.
- Receive incoming inventory - ensure receipted quantities match the purchase order and goods stored appropriately.
- Use warehouse inventory management and related computer systems to maintain accurate inventory and associated records.
The successful candidate will live our values and have energy and determination to succeed. You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, be energetic and be dedicated to providing exceptional internal customer service.
Previous experience in online sales fulfillment and picking and packing, particularly in a high-volume retail environment as well as strong knowledge of inventory management systems is essential for success in this role.
