Design System Designer

At Sportsbet, we're passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. As a Design Systems Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our design system and contributing to the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing robust, accessible UI components in Figma
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring consistency across platforms
  • Partnering with engineers for seamless handovers from Figma to code
  • Supporting product designers in applying system patterns and upholding standards
  • Promoting adoption of the design system through demos, updates, and education
  • Monitoring system usage and proactively improving usability and performance

Requirements:

  • Strong mastery of Figma, especially in creating flexible, interactive components
  • UX/UI/Product Design background with recent experience working on design systems
  • Experience managing libraries and design tokens, with strong visual design skills
  • Familiarity with design documentation platforms like Zeroheight or equivalent
  • Ability to explain system rationale and advocate for consistency across multi-disciplinary teams
