Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for working end-to-end to craft exceptional user experiences, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation, and helping shape future strategy.

Key responsibilities include conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights to inform design decisions. You will also provide thoughtful feedback on product and brand work from other designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on vision and execution.

Additionally, you will hand off designs to engineers and perform design QA for pixel-perfect implementation, creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate concepts effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio with exceptional product design skills and a user-centric approach.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing complex SaaS products; healthcare or B2B experience is a plus.
  • Experience in fast-moving startup environments, with a disciplined, research-driven approach.
  • Detailed knowledge of Figma and proficiency with other common design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
  • Experience contributing to design systems, design operations, and governance.
