The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape Atomi's design direction and create user-focused experiences. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and others to solve complex problems and ship high-quality design work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects from discovery to polished designs and prototypes
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements and bring features to life
  • Champion consistent, accessible, user-first design through every part of the product
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to support scalable experiences
  • Help foster a strong design culture by sharing knowledge and giving feedback
Requirements
  • Designing intuitive products in cross-functional teams – ideally in education or SaaS
  • A strong portfolio showing clean, accessible interfaces
  • Confidence with tools like Figma and interaction design best practices
  • A proactive, open-minded approach and ability to work through ambiguity
