Job Title: UX Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UX Lead who will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys. The successful candidate will translate these findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.

The UX Lead will design the overall functionality of our digital products and iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing to ensure a great user experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitating product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core functions and features.
  • Taking a user-centred design approach and rapidly testing and iterating designs.
  • Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.

In addition to these key responsibilities, we are looking for someone with expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work with internal stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet customer needs and vision.
