Key Event Management Position

This role plays a pivotal part in the successful execution of high-profile events at our organization.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Coordinate Logistics: Book venues, build relationships with key external locations to ensure seamless event planning.
  • Develop Comprehensive Plans: Create detailed project plans including presenter information, run sheets, audiovisual requirements, and catering needs for smooth event execution.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Communications team and other departments to guarantee smooth event execution and promotion.
  • Oversee Event Operations: Manage day-of-event operations, ensuring successful delivery according to project plans.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A proactive and detail-oriented event management professional with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
