Job Title: Event Management Professional

The foundation of successful events lies in a dedicated team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver genuine and personalized guest experiences.
  • Proactively drive local event initiatives and collaborate with the Venue Manager to develop marketing strategies.
  • Own an all-encompassing role from event booking to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage six function rooms catering for events up to 350 guests, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Assist in designing, costing, and organizing customized function packages that meet client expectations.
  • Establish and maintain a customer database, leveraging data insights to enhance guest experiences.
  • Coordinate functions, liaise with suppliers, and update promotional materials to reflect the company's brand standards.

  • Lead with positivity, hospitality, and operational experience in a fast-paced environment, fostering a positive team culture.

  • Possess current industry qualifications and RSA/RSG/RCG certifications, ensuring compliance and expertise.

  • Be available for Saturday night events and display hands-on leadership skills, prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic plans, set performance targets, and manage stakeholder expectations, maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Excel in client relationship management using a Function Management System, delivering tailored solutions and excellent service.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
