About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at PCR Talent. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Lead site meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Manage and review project documentation, including drawings and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project and AutoCAD
