Strategic Insights Director

We have an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a new enterprise-wide insights report with executive-level visibility. This role will transform how business intelligence is delivered across the organization by integrating data from multiple sources into a single, actionable report.
- Establish and deliver the insights report with executive-level visibility.
- Integrate data from over ten sources into a single monthly report.
- Design the report structure and delivery model.
- Synthesize insights to clarify strategic focus and craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously improve the reporting process.
- Ensure insights are statistically robust and aligned with commercial and customer goals.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience across multiple industries with a track record of delivering strategic insights projects.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Experience Design.
- Executive-level communication and influence skills.
- Strong technical skills in data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders and communicate effectively at the C-suite level.
