Quantitative Associate Director Opportunity

This role entails delivering a high-profile portfolio of clients to lead, guiding 1–2 consultants, mentorship from an experienced director, and a project mix that covers various methodologies and deep strategic insights.

  • Future-focused innovation and pack/price optimization for major FMCG clients
  • Pack refreshes, flavor studies, and brand asset tracking for major food FMCG companies
  • Foundational strategic research to help retailers like Coles unlock new opportunities
  • Cultural foresight work exploring the future of pet ownership trends
  • Brand tracking and segmentation to enhance comms for leading telcos

In this role, you will:

  • Lead client relationships with clarity and confidence
  • Deliver high-standard quantitative thinking
  • Manage a mix of ad hoc and tracking projects from proposal to presentation
  • Push the boundaries of what strategic insights can achieve
  • Mentor and support 1–2 brilliant consultants
  • Contribute to company culture and broader strategic direction

Key requirements include:

  • Deep experience in consumer insights, especially quantitative analysis
  • Customized, ad hoc work essential
