Technical Officer

**About the position**

The Technical Officer - Property and Building Services will coordinate a range of building services for Council’s operational and community buildings working closely with internal and community stakeholders. This includes programming building maintenance, services, and works, ensuring service levels are met.

Please note this position will be a part of an on call roster.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent, with demonstrated relevant work experience.
- A current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence
- Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the Position Description).
- Demonstrated Developed key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the Position Description).

**We offer**
- Permanent full time, 35 hours per week
- Salary from $78,318 to $87,994 per year (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
