Smart Buildings Sales Specialist

 

  • Developing strong relationships with customers and other potential customers in the Smart Building market segment to achieve create and win opportunities
  • Leading opportunities where required and coordinating sales activities through proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Building, maintaining, and executing account plans around Smart Buildings solutions for specific target customers

 

As a professional in the field of Smart Buildings, you will play a crucial role in driving growth strategies across the customer value chain. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with the sales team to represent Smart Building products effectively, align key value messages, and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective account plans that drive business growth and expansion in the Smart Buildings sector
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Smart Buildings market
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets

This role requires an Electrical Engineering degree, Engineering degree in a related field, or Trade qualification (A Grade Electrical Licence). The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in solution selling within the Smart Buildings sector, demonstrated sales experience in the consulting market, calling on customers, and strong analytical skills in market investigations, sales forecasting, and market analysis.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the Smart Buildings market. They will be able to think strategically and develop effective plans to drive business growth and expansion.
