Job Title: Digital Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Specialist to drive the development of our digital experiences across multiple insurance brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the communication of design recommendations with cross-functional teams, managing UX design delivery and progression via project management tools, and adhering to best practice UX design principles.

About the Role:

The Digital Experience Specialist will report to the User Experience Manager and work closely with product delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholders to understand and maintain evidence-based design and human-centred practices.
  • Manage UX design delivery and update progression via JIRA and internal team ceremonies.
  • Adhere to best practice UX design and group Style Guide and component libraries.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience as a UX designer, strong knowledge of responsive web design, including native mobile and emerging mobile experience trends, and ability to map out or oversee user experiences/features (wire flows), then progress to full fidelity UI prototypes for product and development teams.
