Job Overview

We're seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Experience Specialist to drive our digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a world-class digital experience across web and app, enhancing customer engagement and conversion.
  • Lead the development of our eCommerce trading strategy, focusing on data-driven decision making and driving business growth.
  • Promote digital innovation, emphasizing personalisation, experimentation, retail media, loyalty, and AI.
  • Manage a high-performing team, using data insights to create compelling customer journeys and content. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring efficient processes and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver joint business plans and drive business success.
Key Requirements
  • 5-10+ years of eCom experience in a high-trading, large retail environment.
  • Expertise in eCom trading (especially automated, data-driven, dynamic, always-on digital merchandising), SEO, UX, CRO, and content.
  • Previous experience leading large teams (direct and cross-functional).
  • Proven track record as a trusted business partner working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
